TIL: non-volatile memory (NVM)

Currently two kinds of non-volatile storage (NVS) dominate the electronics market – one is disk-employing hard-disk devices (HDDs) with its seeking arm assembly. The second is Non-volatile memory which typically employs NAND gates to store data.
